Capacity
There is space for just over 100 people at an event where they are seated at table in restaurant style. We can advise on the capacity for other styles of event eg lecture style seating or with very little seating.
Charges
Weekdays: regular users – £9 per hour; other users – £12 per hour.
Weekends: all users – £12 per hour.
This includes the use of tables and chairs The additional charge for the use of the kitchen, if required, is £15. This includes crockery and cutlery.
Conditions and Risk Assessment
Hirers take full responsibility for the use of the hall for their event or activity. In particular:
The Morrell Room does not have a licence for the sale or supply of alcohol. If you wish to sell or supply alcohol you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from West Berkshire Counci.
We do not permit amplified music after 6pm at events.
